Shipping and Returns

Shipping of Physical Products (Canvases and Frames):

Physical products, such as canvases and frames, are manufactured and shipped directly by our partner suppliers. Since these items are processed and shipped by third parties, online stores must follow each supplier’s shipping and return policies. This includes shipping times, costs, and any specific conditions for returning or exchanging physical products.

Shipping Responsibility:

While our company is responsible for selling digital store services and digital art licenses, the shipping process for physical products is the sole responsibility of the suppliers. Therefore, store owners must ensure they are aware of their suppliers’ policies and communicate them properly to their customers.

Suppliers’ Return and Exchange Policy:

As physical products are made to order by the suppliers, our company cannot accept returns or exchanges of these items, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transport, according to each supplier’s specific policies. Each supplier has its own procedures for handling returns or replacements, so we advise store owners to carefully review these policies.

Digital Products (Digital Art Licenses):

In the case of digital products, such as digital art licenses, they are provided and delivered automatically after purchase confirmation. Due to the digital nature of these products, returns or refunds are not accepted, except in cases of technical errors in file delivery or other failures that prevent access to the purchased product.

Damage During Physical Product Shipping:

If a physical product, such as a canvas or frame, arrives damaged due to transport, the store owner must contact the supplier directly within the timeframe stipulated by them (usually 7 days after receiving the product). Photographs of the damaged product will be required so the supplier can assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or other compensation according to their terms.

Order Errors:

If the store owner makes a mistake when entering shipping information or choosing the physical product, it will not be possible to return or exchange the item, as products are made specifically for each customer. We ask that all information be carefully reviewed before completing the purchase.
