Prices: The total amount, including fees, taxes, and additional shipping costs, is described on the product page at elegia.studio. For larger orders or specific destinations, additional charges for shipping, delivery, and postage may apply, when these cannot be reasonably calculated before the contract is concluded.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, varying based on weight, dimensions, and destination. They are not subject to campaigns or promotions, following the rates of the logistics partner.

Payment:

1. Bank Transfer:

   • The order will be dispatched after the transfer confirmation.
   • The customer should send the proof to expedite the process.

2. Cash on Delivery:

   • Payment is made at the time of delivery, and it can be done with a card, check, or cash.
   • We recommend the exact amount, as change is not guaranteed. Uplive is not responsible for overpaid amounts.

Right to Free Resolution of the Contract: The customer can exercise the right to free resolution within 14 days from the physical possession of the product. The resolution statement should be sent to mail@elegia.studio or through the electronic form available at elegia.studio.

Information about the Right to Free Resolution:

• Deadline: 14 days from the physical possession of the goods.
• Communication: Send the resolution decision to Uplive – Natural Products, Lda., Rua Miguel Torga, Loja 3, No. 141, 2410-134 Leiria, or by email.
• Effects of Resolution: Full refund, excluding shipping and return costs, made within 14 days of receiving the return at our warehouse.
